Position Overview
Weโre seeking a reliable Temporary Maintenance Assistant to help with the upkeep of our cultivation facility. This role is seasonal and perfect for someone with hands-on maintenance skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Youโll assist with general repairs, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep, ensuring our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
๐ง Facility & Equipment Maintenance
- Assist with routine inspections and minor repairs on cultivation equipment.
- Support maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and report any facility or equipment issues.
๐ Building & Grounds Upkeep
- Perform basic repairs (e.g., drywall, plumbing leaks, light installations).
- Help maintain landscaping, weed control, and irrigation systems.
- Ensure facility cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.

General Support
- Work closely with the Maintenance Facility Manager on daily tasks.
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled inspections.
- Safely use tools and equipment required for maintenance work.
Qualifications & Skills
โ๏ธ Previous maintenance, handyman, or facility support experience preferred.
โ๏ธ Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or equipment troubleshooting.
โ๏ธ Comfortable working indoor and outdoor in varying conditions.
โ๏ธ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
โ๏ธ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
โ๏ธ Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
โ๏ธ Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or equipment troubleshooting.
โ๏ธ Comfortable working indoor and outdoor in varying conditions.
